How to ensure maintenance of hanging basket

When using the hanging basket, we should pay attention to the daily maintenance. If any malfunction or abnormality is found, it should be repaired in time. Maintenance must be carried out by trained full-time personnel. 

1. At the end of each day's work, do a good job of cleaning the suspension platform, wire rope and suspension mechanism, and clean up all kinds of garbage, paint and surface adhering impurities of mortar. 

2. The hanging basket (especially the power system) should adopt waterproof and moisture-proof measures to prevent electrical short circuit caused by damp intake. 3. Surplus wire ropes on the ground should be laid on the coil. After the suspension basket is dismantled, all kinds of ropes and cable coils should be well placed, the decomposition components should be put together, the connectors should be centralized and properly stored to prevent mildew, corrosion, deformation and loss. 4. After each use of the self-locking purchasing hook of safety rope, anti-rust and slip should be added to the spring to keep the movement flexible. 

5. After the first use of the gearbox and transmission device for three months, the lubricant must be replaced. After that, the lubricant should be added once a month and the lubricant should be replaced every six months. 

6. Add lubricant once a month to the movable part of the safety lock. 

7. Electrical short circuit, electrical components and wiring junctions must be kept dry and clean, and no oil fouling shall be allowed. _

8. In the process of safety, routine and periodic inspection and neutralization, if any malfunction or abnormality is found, it should be stopped immediately and repaired by full-time personnel. It is strictly forbidden to use the hanging basket "with illness". 

9. When the stress components and vulnerable parts meet the scrapping standards, they shall be scrapped and replaced.

10. Establish hanging basket equipment files to keep the hanging basket in good condition.
